   The Trend & Tradition campaign presents this vision to national 
   retailers across the country educating them on all the City of Mon-
   terey Park has to offer now and even more so in the future.  The 
   goal is to let national retailers know that Monterey Park is a com-
   munity to which they can come and thrive.  National retailers and 
   developers can now know that Monterey Park is implementing                                
   New Development Standards focusing on a pedestrian-orientation
