The Finance Division provides financial support to all city departments, including financial planning, budget administration, debt administration, financial reporting, data processing, general ledger, grant accounting, accounts payable, payroll, and accounts receivable. Finance staff also works with the elected City Treasurer in managing the City's investments.
The City Budget and Comprehensive Annual Financial Report have received awards from both CSMFO and GFOA for the past 15 years.
